"1856 “Chak-Mongkut-Pratao” Unique Gold Song Pai(1/16b.), weighs 0.93gms., uniface obverse countermarked “Chak” ontop, “Mongkut” at bottom and “Pratao” left and right, reverse plain. It was one of the earliest official Siamese flat coin, attempting to replace Pod-Duang by using marks from the Pod Duang and produced by Hand-Hammering Method. The 4 marks are fully struck to the very best canbe, much original still visisble and excellent preservation in MS condition. the only known in orivate collection.
